TOP 3 Fat Burners

1. Oatmeal
Known as heart-healthy favorite and a good source of cholesterol-fighting, fat-soluble fiber that would keep the stomach full. Oatmeal also is an energy booster that would make you up and running for the most of your workouts.

2. Grapefruit
Study shows that whoever eats half a grapefruit with each meal in a 12-week time loses an average of 3.6 pounds. The chemical properties in this vitamin C-packed citrus fruit reduce insulin levels, which promotes weight loss. One important thing you need to remember is to have a consultation with your doctor if you are taking medication to check about any potential adverse interaction with grapefruit.

Emergency Beauty Remedies

It’s 45 minutes to an hour before the main event today, not to mention the traffic that you’d pass by the highway. There's no time to go to the salon, all the shops are closed and your friends are too busy making themselves beautiful to worry about you. Hours from now, a big night out is about to happen and you're not happy with the way you look. Find out what to do here! Admit it, you’re all caught up broke these days because of so many expenses thrown at you.

So what can you do? Actually, there are some really simple emergency beauty tips for just this type of situation! The key to a good emergency beauty tip is that is has to be something fast, effective and easy to do by yourself. It should also use only household items. All these tips are great last minute ideas that anyone can put into practice!

Flat Hair
The worst thing you can do is to keep piling on the hair products, this will just make your hair greasy. Instead, mist your hair with water, then use your hands to work it through. The water reactivates the products already in your hair.

Puffy Eyes
Lie down, relax, and place a slice of cucumber over each eye. The coolness of the cucumber will sooth your eyes, and it also has anti-inflammatory properties. If you have time, puree the rest of the cucumber to make a face pack! Another is to use cold spoons. Its easy, just put four spoons in a glass of ice water. Take two out at a time to place over your eyes, then put them back and replace with the cold ones. Green Tea has so wonderful effects on your body and mind, and now you can even use it to cure your puffy eyes! Cool down some Green Tea bags in the fridge or freezer, then place over your eyes for 5 minutes. Green Tea reduces swelling and soothes your eyes.

Eye Bags
Look in your medicine cabinet and apply a little Preparation H just under your eyes. Preparation H contains phenylephrine, which helps to constrict blood vessels and reduce swelling.

Pimples
Acne before a big day can be a disaster, but by dabbing on a spot of Hydrocortisone cream you can reduce the swelling and appearance of the pimple in no time at all. If the pimple comes through the night before, put some toothpaste on it overnight. The toothpaste dries out the pimple and will reduce the swelling in time for the morning!

Self-Tanning
The best way to even out your skin tone is by rubbing body scrub over the streaky area. It will also remove some of the excess color from your hands.

Nails

For a quick fix on your nails, spray a little hairspray on to them. Straight away, they'll have that shiny, straight-from-the-salon look again.

Diet Tip of the Day
Switch to calorie-free diet sodas. Most normal sodas contain about 120 calories!

I hope these made sense to you…till next tips!

Beauty Tips From Celebrities

Admit it, appearance comes first in attraction. Appearance is important these days, whether we like it or not. Blame it on Media. We see beautiful and super slim celebrities on billboards, reading magazines, and televisons-- promoting the idea that beautiful is best. We then, unconsciously portray a role that we think is as close as their physical perfections.

Asked in an interview, a pretty model said, “As an experienced model, I set up this site to share some of the secrets and tips I picked up during my career. Models and celebrities struggle just as much as anyone with their weight and skin, but their jobs require them to become very skilled at things like make-up and hair.”

For big photoshoots or public appearances, celebrities will invariably have a full complement of make-up artists and hair stylists in attendance. However, for unplanned moments, quick touch-ups during a show, or last-minute adjustments, they often need to do it themselves.

So how do these models and celebrities always look so good? There are many simple beauty tips and tricks that you can use.

Try these tips right from the lips of celebrities:

Dry Skin Remedies
Dry skin on feet and handsApply Vaseline, baby oil or olive oil to the affected area before bedtime, then wear socks or gloves all night.

Dry face
1. Almond oil makes a great primer before foundation because it's quickly absorbed. I use it as a night moisturizer.
2. Make a mash of banana and leave on your face for 20 minutes.
3. Mayonnaise is not only a great hydration treatment for your hair, it works wonders as a face mask too.

Facemask TipsA good facemask will firm and tone your skin, minimizing pores and exfoliating off dead skin so the fresh skin beneath is revealed. Here's a natural and effective facemask recipe:

1 mashed avocado
1 cooked and mashed carrot
1/2 cup cream
1 beaten egg
3 tablespoons of honey

Exfoliating Tips
Ground coffee is just as good an exfoliant as many expensive products. All you need is a quarter cup of ground coffee mixed with a tablespoon of salt.

To make the coffee even more effective, brew a cup first, then use the brewed coffee! Remember to use it within 20 minutes though, because oxidization after that point will make the coffee less effective.

Undernourished Skin
The Egyptian Queen Cleopatra was renowned as the most beautiful woman in the world. One of her favorite tips was to soak in a beer bath. Beer is very good for the skin because of the vitamins and yeast it contains. In Central Europe there are now many spas offering just this treatment.

Got it? I did…

Healthy Chicken Wrap Meal

I like chicken meals most especially when I’m out with my son strolling around the mall. Not realizing we’ve been consuming so much calories because of the fatty chicken skin that makes the fried chix so tasty, not to mention the oil used in frying it. I know this habit should stop because my son Mikko has already been inheriting this sinful eating habit. On the positive thought, we can still enjoy chicken without taking in so much sinful fats. One simple chicken recipe that is guaranteed healthy is here for you to try-- delicious chicken wrap that combines two of our favorite flavors: barbeque and bacon!

Ingredients:
4 (3 oz.) chicken breast
8 strips of medium sliced bacon ( a little won’t hurt)
4 whole wheat tortillas
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
½ cup honey
2 ½ tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp prepared mustard

Instructions:
To make the honey BBQ sauce, combine tomato soup, honey, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and mustard in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Reserve the sauce for basting the chicken.

Prepare the bacon by pan frying it over medium heat until crisp or desired doneness. Use olive or canola oil in frying. Place on paper towel to soak up the grease. Set aside.

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the chicken breast on each side for 6-7 minutes or until fully cooked through. While chicken is grilling, evenly baste with the honey BBQ sauce. Remove chicken breast from grill and slice each breast into 4 pieces length wise.

To form the wrap, place 4 slices of chicken breast in each tortilla, top it with two strips of bacon, ½ cup of lettuce, and two tablespoons of diced tomatoes in the center of the wrap. Fold the bottom up, then the sides to close it, it's a wrap! Enjoy!

15 Ways To Keep Your Youthful Look

Practicing some very basic lifestyle can make you stay young looking throughout your life. It is about taking care of yourself both physically and mentally. Read the following tips to get that possible look younger than your real age:
1. Start taking care of yourself early on.
2. Never smoke, do drugs or abuse alcohol. You should also avoid any secondhand smoke to stay young looking. The chemicals you absorb from first and second hand smoke can age you substantially.
3. Any weight loss or gain causes skin to stretch, which will cause hanging a wrinkled skin later in life. So, do not let your weight fluctuate more than 5 pounds over your lifetime.
4. Keep your diet high in protein, but avoid excess meat consumption. Try to consume as many naturally grown foods as possible to avoid any contamination due to pesticides and chemicals. Salmon, blueberries, flaxseed oil, green vegetables and fruits are ideal to take.
5. Take a multi-vitamin regularly.
6. Take care of your dental health. Avoid drinking soda, coffee, tea or other drinks that may stain teeth. Have cleanings regularly.
7. Take at least 64 ounces of water daily to avoid any dehydration of the skin.
8. Avoid putting too much chemicals (including chlorine) to your water because this can be inhaled during baths and showers that lead to both internal and external aging.
9. Sun damage is the number one cause of aging. Wear sunscreen when going out in the sun, even when in front of the television or computer. They both put off UV rays that can lead to skin damage.
10. Exfoliate your skin regularly to maintain your youth. In addition, get facials, glycolic peels, and cosmetic procedures as needed to remove dead cells and increase skin collagen production and elasticity. Get body wraps as well to tighten the skin on the body. Procedures such as light therapy can help with rosacea.
11. Use anti-aging skin care products such as moisturizers. Take special care of eyes and lips. These areas tend to become dry and wrinkled more quickly because they are thinner than surrounding skin.
12. Be sure to keep sunscreen on your hands, and reapply regularly. In addition, use a paraffin wrap on your hands to moisturize. Exfoliate the hands regularly and always wear gloves when cleaning, doing dishes or using chemicals.
13. Get regular trims, and conditioning treatments. Take hair vitamins if you notice any thinning or loss of shine.
14. Regularly buff and file your nails. Apply a conditioner to your nail cuticle as well.
15. Avoid stress and ensure that your stress levels are under control. Exercise regularly to increase blood flow and increase muscle tone and endurance.
